ISLRTC 2026 recruitment includes positions of Interpreter and Library Assistant under the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. The Interpreter role requires a bachelor’s degree, C Level Indian Sign Language course or Diploma, RCI registration, and three years of interpreting experience. Library Assistant requires a bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science with two years professional experience. Library Assistant (UR) 1 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science; Two years professional experience in Library under Central/State Government, PSU, University, or Recognized Institution; Desirable: Diploma in Computer Application. Salary: Level 5 (₹29,200 – 92,300). Age: Below 35 years; applicable relaxations for reserved categories.
Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, Government/Semi-Government/PSUs/Autonomous: 5 years, Persons with Disabilities: 10 years.
Selection Process: Shortlisting based on higher qualifications or experience may be applied. Candidates’ admission to written test/interview is provisional. Final selection follows screening, proficiency tests, and interview as decided by ISLRTC.
Application Instructions: Candidates must complete the prescribed application form (Annexure-I) and submit offline with self-attested copies of qualifications, experience, and caste certificates to the Director, ISLRTC, Module No. 403–406, 4th Floor, NSIC Business Park, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi – 110020. The envelope must be superscribed with post name, advertisement number, and sender’s address.
