Selection Process
For Manager (Information Technology)
The selection will be based on a written test followed by an interview.
- Written Test: 100 marks
- Interview: 40 marks (only for shortlisted candidates)

- Familiarity with NPOP Certification, RCMC, COE, and TRACE NETS
- International trade knowledge – WTO, export processes, market access
- Managerial and leadership ability
These topics are indicative. The interview panel may ask additional questions deemed relevant.
Qualifying Criteria
- Written Test: 50% for SC/ST and 60% for others
- Interview: 50% for SC/ST and 60% for others
The final merit list will be based on the combined score of written test and interview.
For Assistant General Manager (AGM) Posts
Candidates must choose one subject group for the written test, which cannot be changed later.

The written test will be of 3 hours duration, including both objective and descriptive sections.
