AIIMS Mangalagiri Recruitment 2025 – Walk-in for Junior Materiovigilance Associate Post

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Mangalagiri is conducting a walk-in interview to fill one vacancy for the post of Junior Materiovigilance Associate. Post and Qualification Details

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following education and experience requirements:

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering or Clinical Engineering
  • OR Master’s in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy
  • Basic computer knowledge is essential
Experience 0–1 year in any of the following: Medical Device Industry, Post Market Surveillance, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Management Systems
Age Limit Not exceeding 28 years

Job Role and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work as part of the Medical Device Adverse Event Monitoring Centre (MDMC) and will assist in collecting, analysing, and reporting device-related adverse events. Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Risk identification and planning preventive measures
  • Documentation and reporting of adverse events
  • Supporting tasks as assigned by the authority

  • Educational certificates (Graduation and Post-Graduation)
  • Experience certificate, if any
  • One updated resume
  • One passport-size photograph
  • Aadhar card (original)

  • Photocopies of all documents

Additional Instructions

Candidates must report to the venue by 9:00 AM on 14 August 2025. Late arrivals will not be considered. The recruitment will be handled by a manpower agency under IPC, and shortlisted candidates will be informed accordingly. No travel allowance will be provided for attending the interview.
