Educational Qualification: Master's degree with a minimum of 55% or equivalent grade.

Experience: A proven track record of at least 15 years in educational institutions, with either:

• Academic roles such as Assistant/Associate Professor at senior pay levels, or
• Administrative leadership including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acts as Secretary to governing bodies and oversees administrative, financial, legal, and campus operations.
• Serves as custodian of institutional records, funds, and property.
• Liaises with central/state agencies for campus development.

Tenure: Up to 5 years or until 62 years of age, whichever is earlier.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years on the closing date.

Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with first class or equivalent grade from a recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in Level 12 pay scale or 10 years as Executive Engineer (Level 11).
• Experience in handling construction projects aligned with CPWD standards within government or autonomous bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads planning and development of campus infrastructure.
• Manages civil and electrical works from tendering to execution.
• Ensures coordination between engineering operations and administrative offices.
