Qualification Requirements
  • Full-time MBA with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, OR
  • Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in PIR/HRD/Labour & Social Welfare
  • Minimum 20 years of post-qualification executive experience in Personnel & Admin department of a PSU or large private organization
  • Out of the above, at least 8 years must be in a senior managerial role
  • Degree in Law is desirable

Job Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for HR, Industrial Relations, Administration, Legal, Hindi Cell, and Training departments
  • Plan, implement, and manage company-wide HR and IR strategies and policies
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, handle legal proceedings, disciplinary actions, estate management, and training systems
  • Lead recruitment, manpower planning, employee relations, and policy development
  • Coordinate with government and statutory bodies
  • Exposure to wage negotiation, succession planning, and industrial dispute resolution is important
  • Candidates with experience in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) will be preferred
