Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree in Geology or Applied Geology with a minimum duration of two years from a government-recognized university or institute.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the Exploration and Production (E&P) sector, specifically in drilling operations within the North-East region.
Salary (Contract Emoluments): ₹70,000 per month (consolidated).

Selection Process: Walk-in-Interview based assessment for 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks: 50 for all categories. Evaluation areas: Professional knowledge (core and allied), soft skills, and personal attributes. Final selection based on merit from those who meet the minimum score.
Job Role & Responsibilities: Assigned to wellsite and office duties in NE India as per operational needs. Work may involve shifts and tasks in remote locations with "on-call" duties. May support both drilling and workover operations.
Skills & Knowledge Required: Understanding of Assam-Arakan petroleum systems and basic geological principles. Basic interpretation of open/cased hole logs and sediment analysis. Experience in well correlation, contour mapping, and litholog preparation. Familiarity with mud logging, deviation data handling, and MS Office. Working knowledge of Corel and basic use of Petrel software is desirable.
