Indian Institute of Technology Patna (IIT Patna) has announced recruitment for 01 Senior Research Fellow (SRF) post under various research projects. Candidates with M.Tech./ME/MS in Metallurgy, Ceramic, Polymer/Plastic, Mechanical, Chemical Technology, Nanotechnology, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, and related fields with first-class marks and GATE/NET qualification are eligible. Candidates with B.Tech./BE/M.Sc in selected disciplines with valid GATE score and two years’ JRF experience are also eligible. Desirable experience includes research in ceramic/metal composites, nanocomposites, environmental engineering, composite fabrication, microstructure analysis, and tribological characterization. The maximum age limit is 28 years for B.Tech/M.Sc and 32 years for M.Tech/MS holders. The selected candidate will receive a consolidated stipend of ₹42,000 plus 9% HRA.
