Required Qualification
  • Medical qualification included in Schedule I & II of the NMC Act.
  • Recognized PG qualification of MD/MS/MDS in concerned or allied Medical/Surgical Speciality.
  • For Emergency Medicine: MD/DNB in Emergency Medicine is preferred. In absence of eligible candidates, MD in General Medicine may be considered (separate interview will be conducted).
  • Separate applications and fees are required for candidates applying under more than one specialty.
  • Candidate must be registered with either Central or State Medical Council.

Selection Procedure
  • Selection will be through a written examination (80 marks) followed by an interview (20 marks).
  • Only candidates fulfilling the minimum qualifications will be called for the exam and interview.
  • Shortlisted candidates must bring all original documents for verification at the time of interview.
