Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts (BA) or Science (B.Sc) or equivalent from a recognized university
  • Must qualify a shorthand test at a speed of 80 W.P.M. in English
  • Must qualify transcription at a speed of 20 W.P.M. in English
  • Proficiency in computer operations is mandatory
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025) 18 to 37 years. Age relaxation will be applicable to reserved categories as per Punjab Government norms.

Pay Scale

Monthly Salary Rs. 29,200/- (as per Punjab Govt. Home Affairs & Justice Department guidelines)
