| Eligibility Criteria | ||
| Judicial Experience | Must be or have been a High Court Judge, or have 10 years of advocacy experience in relevant service law matters. | |
| Age Requirement | Must be at least 50 years old and not older than 67 years at the time of appointment. | |
| Term | Four years or until the age of 67, whichever is earlier, as per the Tribunal Reforms Act, 2021. | |
| Salary | ₹2,25,000 per month plus allowances as per the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021. | |
