Selection Process

Important Points
- All sections, except English Language, will be available in both English and Hindi.
- Each section has a fixed time limit; candidates must complete it within the allotted time.
- Minimum qualifying marks are:
- 40% for General and EWS categories
- 35% for candidates from reserved categories
- There will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
- No penalty will be applied for unanswered questions.
- Cumulative marks from all four sections will be used to prepare the merit list.
Psychometric Assessment
As part of the process, candidates will also be required to take a psychometric test. This test is aimed at evaluating alignment with the core values of the Bank and assessing suitability for sales-oriented roles. Those who demonstrate a strong match with these values and a natural sales aptitude may receive preference.
