Candidates must be working in IDA pay scale ₹70,000–₹2,00,000 or equivalent, or have at least two years in the next lower eligible pay scale as defined in Government norms. 1 Post. E-4 Grade. Pay scale ₹70,000–₹2,00,000 under IDA structure with applicable allowances and benefits as per company rules.
Manager (Finance and Accounts) Graduate with CA or CMA qualification and valid professional membership. Minimum five years post-qualification experience. Must be serving in IDA pay scale ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 or equivalent level, or possess two years of service in the next lower recognized scale. 2 Posts. E-3 Grade. Pay scale ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 with admissible allowances and long-term service benefits.
Manager (Finance and Accounts Compliance) Graduate with CS qualification from ICSI and valid membership. Minimum five years post-qualification experience in compliance and corporate regulatory functions. Must be working in equivalent IDA pay scale ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 or meet experience criteria in lower eligible pay scale. 1 Post. E-3 Grade. Pay scale ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 under standard IDA pattern.
Junior Officer (Finance and Accounts) Graduate with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate qualification. Minimum five years post-qualification experience. Must be serving in IDA pay scale ₹44,000–₹1,53,000 or equivalent, or have at least two years of service in the next lower recognized pay level. 1 Post. S-2 Grade. Pay scale ₹44,000–₹1,53,000 with applicable allowances and service benefits.
Age Limit Maximum age is 40 years for Senior Manager and 37 years for other posts as on 12 March 2026. Age must be supported by valid proof such as birth certificate or school records. Age eligibility is verified during document scrutiny. Only candidates meeting the prescribed age on the cut-off date are considered.
Employment Type All posts are filled on immediate absorption basis from Government or Public Sector organizations. Candidates must be serving on regular basis and applications must be routed through the proper administrative channel. Permanent positions with long-term career prospects, pay progression, and benefits as per company service rules.
