Qualification & Eligibility
Applicants must be Advocates with a minimum of two years standing at the Bar Council from the date of enrolment.
Honorarium & Engagement Terms
An honorarium of ₹1,000 will be paid per judgment prepared, conditional on submission and verification of at least fifteen head-notes. Empanelment is for two years on a voluntary basis, serving at the pleasure of the Hon’ble Committee for the e-DHCR Project.
Selection Process
  • Stage I: Written examination requiring preparation of a head-note on one judgment selected from four.
  • Stage II: Personal interview for candidates qualifying Stage I.
  • Offer letters issued after successful completion of both stages.
Additional Details
Empanelled Assistant Editors must submit headnotes within seven days of assignment by Senior Editors. Interested candidates should send their CV and a brief statement of purpose to dhcilrbranch@amail.com by 15-06-2025. Exam/interview details will be communicated after registration.
