Mission Bhashini – National Language Translation Mission (https://www.bhashini.gov.in), launched on 04-07-2022 during Digital India Week, aims to overcome language barriers and promote digital inclusion through advanced AI-driven language technologies.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • B.E./B.Tech./B.S. or equivalent OR B.Sc. (IT/CS) with relevant postgraduate degree
  • Minimum 5+ years in the tech industry with API integration experience preferred
  • Experience with cloud-native platforms and Big Data tools is desirable
  • Proficiency in AI/ML systems adds value
  • Team leadership and large-scale tech project management experience will be considered a plus
  • Criteria may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional capabilities

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead presales efforts and engage in software development across Python, JavaScript, AI/ML, and cloud platforms
  2. Customize technical solutions for B2B clients, and standardize support workflows
  3. Support client onboarding and ensure robust solution integration
  4. Streamline internal processes and recommend operational enhancements
  5. Develop intuitive dashboards and applications for workflow monitoring
  6. Integrate APIs and ensure system compatibility across platforms
  7. Contribute to AI/ML-driven innovations tailored to user needs
  8. Respond to RFPs with technically sound proposals
  9. Mentor technical staff and oversee support/testing activities
  10. Manage end-to-end NLP lifecycle: data prep to deployment
  11. Coordinate multiple client portfolios with strong project oversight
  12. Maintain awareness of tools such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Kafka, Hadoop
  13. Provide excellent client service with strong communication and analysis
  14. Apply practical problem-solving for technical challenges
  15. Be available for travel based on project or business requirements
