IRCON HR Assistant Recruitment 2026 - 03 Posts

IRCON invites offline applications for 03 HR Assistant posts on contract basis. Candidates must have a 2-year full-time post graduate degree or diploma in HR/Personnel/IR/PM & IR with minimum 60% marks and at least two years of relevant experience. The maximum age limit is 35 years. Salary is Rs. 40,000 per month with 5% annual increment. Selection will be based on written exam and/or interview of shortlisted candidates. Applications must be submitted offline in the prescribed format with required documents by 27 February 2026. Contract tenure is initially one year, extendable based on performance, co-terminus with project duration, and does not confer regular employment rights. IRCON reserves the right to modify, cancel, or increase/decrease the number of posts. Candidates must ensure eligibility and provide accurate information, with verification at the time of interview.

Eligibility Criteria

Criteria Details
Educational Qualification 2-year full-time postgraduate degree/diploma in HR, Personnel, IR, PM & IR with minimum 60% marks from a UGC/AICTE recognized university/institution. Dual specialization certificates in prescribed field required.
Experience Minimum 2 years in recruitment, training, and HR activities. Teaching, training, consultancy, or freelancing experience not considered.
Desirable Experience in SAP/ERP systems.
Age Limit Maximum 35 years as on 01 February 2026; relaxation as per Government of India guidelines.
Nationality Indian citizen

Salary & Benefits

Component Details
Fixed Pay ₹40,000 per month
Annual Increment 5% on fixed consolidated pay after each completed year
