NCRTC Recruitment 2025 – Assistant Manager (Co-ordination)

About NCRTC:
The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a joint venture between the Government of India and the State Governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. Operating under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, NCRTC is spearheading the development of the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) to improve connectivity across the NCR. The RRTS is designed to provide fast, high-capacity, and reliable rail-based transport. Currently, the Delhi-Meerut corridor is operational over a 55 km stretch from New Ashok Nagar to Meerut South.
Post Remuneration Total Vacancies
Assistant Manager (Co-ordination) Rs. 68,189/- per month 01
Maximum Age Limit: 65 Years (as on 13-06-2025)
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 20 years in Government Departments, PSUs, or similar institutions.
Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in secretarial and administrative functions.
  • Handling inter-departmental coordination and communication.
  • Organizing meetings, preparing notes, and documenting minutes.
  • Maintaining structured stakeholder engagement records.
  • Facilitating issue resolution through appropriate escalation.
Applicable Pay Scale at Superannuation:
  • CDA: Rs. 67,700 – 2,08,700 (Level 11) or above
  • IDA: Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000 (E3) or above
Contract Duration:
Initially for 1 year; extension possible based on performance and organizational need.
Additional Benefits:
HRA and other applicable benefits as per NCRTC policy.
Posting Location:
Chandigarh or any other NCRTC office, as required.
