Selection Process

Candidates registered online for NHPC Non Executive Recruitment 2025 will be provisionally permitted to sit for the Computer Based Test. For most technical posts, the test comprises 200 multiple-choice questions covering discipline-specific topics, general awareness, and reasoning. Language and translation posts include both multiple-choice and descriptive components. Qualifying marks are 40% for General/OBC/EWS and 35% for SC/ST/PwBD. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification at NHPC's corporate office in Faridabad, with biometric authentication and original document checks.
