Essential: • Master’s Degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering with at least 55% and 15 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in Pay Level 13 and 8 years in Level 12 as Executive Engineer. OR • B.Tech/B.E in Electrical/Civil Engineering with 15 years of experience including 5 years in Pay Level 13 and 10 years in Level 12. • Must have experience in CAD/construction management software. Desirable: • Supervisory experience in public civil works, estate management, and knowledge of public premises rules. |

Essential: • Master's Degree with 55% marks. • 9 years as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 10+ or 5 years as Assistant Registrar (Pay Level 10+), or comparable experience in research/higher education institutions. Desirable: • Degree in Law/Management/Engineering/CA/CS/ICWA. • Experience in academic administration, finance, personnel management, or residential campus leadership roles. |
