Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Marketing Division has released Apprentice Recruitment 2026 notification for 144 posts of Technician Apprentice, Trade Apprentice, Graduate Apprentice, and Data Entry Operator. The online application process is open from 02 March 2026 to 09 March 2026. Candidates aged 18 to 24 years with ITI, Diploma, Graduate degree, or Class 12 qualification can apply. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules. Stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act and applicable rules. Selection will be based on merit in the qualifying examination, followed by document verification and medical fitness. No application fee is required. The apprenticeship period is 12 months.

Educational Qualification Technician Apprentice: 3-year Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Trade Apprentice (ITI): Matriculation with 2-year ITI in relevant trade recognized by NCVT/SCVT.

Graduate Apprentice: Full-time regular Graduate degree (BA/B.Com/B.Sc/BBA) with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Data Entry Operator: Class 12th with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Qualification period:
01 April 2022 to 28 February 2026 (Technician/Graduate).
01 April 2021 to 28 February 2026 (Trade Apprentice).
Only regular full-time qualifications are eligible.
Age Limit Minimum: 18 Years
Maximum: 24 Years
Age as on 28 February 2026.
SC/ST: 5 Years relaxation.
OBC-NCL: 3 Years relaxation.
PwBD: 10 Years relaxation.
Additional relaxations for PwBD (SC/ST and OBC-NCL) as per rules.
Salary / Stipend As per Apprentices Act, 1961/1973/1992 and Apprentices Rules 1992/2019/2025 Payable as amended from time to time
Selection Process Merit-based shortlisting on percentage of marks Online registration on NAPS/NATS portal mandatory.
Submission of Microsoft Form with choice of three training locations.
Document verification.
Pre-engagement medical fitness test.

Other Conditions Candidates possessing B.E./B.Tech., MBA, MCA, CA, ICWA, LLB or higher qualifications are not eligible.
PwBD candidates not eligible for Discipline Codes 101–111; eligible only for 112 and 113.
