IBPS Clerk CRP-CSA XV Exam Pattern & Syllabus 2025

1. Exam Structure Overview

The selection for Clerk (Customer Service Associate) is through two online stages: Preliminary and Mains. Prelims is qualifying in nature; only those who clear it move to Mains. There is negative marking of 1/4th for each wrong answer. The language of the exam includes English, Hindi, and selected regional languages.

Prelims: 100 marks, 1 hour. Mains: 200 marks, 160 minutes.

Prelims has three sections. Each question carries 1 mark. Time allotted is 20 minutes per section. Negative marking is 0.25 mark per wrong answer.
