Educational Qualification For Young Candidates:
Minimum qualification should be a graduate with knowledge of computers including MS Office, email, and internet. Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications such as M.Sc (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA.

For Retired Bank Employees:
Retired officers (including voluntarily retired) from any bank (PSU/RRB/Private/Co-operative banks) up to the rank of Chief Manager or equivalent may be appointed. Retired clerks and equivalents from Bank of Baroda who have passed JAIIB with a good track record are also eligible.
Salary and Remuneration
The BC Coordinator position offers both fixed and variable components:
  • Fixed Component: Rs. 15,000/- per month
  • Variable Component: Rs. 10,000/- per month
Total monthly remuneration is therefore Rs. 25,000/-, which may vary depending on performance and responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
BC Coordinators are responsible for promoting banking and financial services in assigned regions. Key duties include:
