SSC CGL Recruitment 2025 – Educational Qualification

Post Qualification Requirement
Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) Candidate must have either:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at 12th level
  • OR Bachelor's Degree with Statistics as one of the core subjects at graduation level
The degree must be from a recognized university or institute.
Statistical Investigator Grade-II Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with Statistics as one of the subjects.
Statistics must be studied in all parts (Part-I, II & III) or in all 6 semesters of the 3-year degree. Casual or single-paper studies in Statistics do not qualify.
All Other Posts A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification from any recognized university or institution is mandatory. Final year candidates awaiting results may also apply, subject to eligibility by the cut-off date.
