Organization Background
The National Minorities Development & Finance Corporation (NMDFC), established on 30 September 1994, is a not-for-profit organization under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. It operates under the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, and provides concessional financial assistance for self-employment and income generation activities to minorities including Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Parsis, and Jains. Artisans and women are given preference under its schemes.
Required Qualification Candidates should hold B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, M.A, M.Com, or M.Sc in relevant fields from recognized institutions.
Salary Structure Deputy Manager: ₹40,000 - ₹1,40,000
Assistant Manager: ₹30,000 - ₹1,20,000
Executive Assistant: ₹25,000 - ₹95,000

Exam Syllabus

Mode of Selection

1. Deputy Manager (Company Secretary) & Assistant Manager Posts

  • Selection is based on an Online Written Test followed by a Personal Interview.
  • Candidates must score at least 50% marks in the online exam to be eligible for the interview.
  • Final merit is prepared based on combined scores from both written exam and interview.
  • Weightage: 85% for Written Test and 15% for Interview.
  • The number of candidates called for the interview may be limited to a 1:5 ratio (5 candidates per vacancy).

2. Executive Assistant

  • Selection is based solely on the Online Written Test.
  • No interview is conducted for this post.
