About RINL: Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd. (Visakhapatnam Steel Plant) is a Government of India public-sector enterprise that provides secondary and tertiary healthcare to employees and their families. Engaging external specialists extends in-house clinical capacity while maintaining patient safety and service quality.

Minimum Qualification & Experience: MD/MS/PG Diploma in the relevant specialty from a recognised university plus at least three months of post-PG practice. If suitable Radiology candidates are unavailable, MBBS doctors trained in Radiology/Ultrasonology and registered with DM&HO may be considered.

• 4 hours per day (visiting).
• Out-patient evaluation, minor OT, cataract and other eye surgery.

• ₹1,000 per hour.
• ₹1,250 for each major eye surgery; ₹300 for each minor procedure.
• ₹300 per after-hours call.

• 7 hours per day.
• Elective and emergency general surgery; surgical ward rounds.

• ₹1,000 per hour.
• ₹2,000 per major surgery; ₹400 per minor surgery.
• ₹2,000 for each after-hours major surgery call.

• 7 hours per day.
• Out-patient and in-patient internal-medicine care; ICU advice.

• ₹1,000 per hour.
• ₹500 per after-hours call.

• 4 hours per day.
• Reporting X-ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound studies; protocol quality checks.

• ₹1,000 per hour.
• ₹300 per after-hours imaging call.

• 4 hours per day.
• Consultations, minor dermatologic procedures, preventive skin health.

• ₹1,000 per hour.
• ₹300 per after-hours call.

• 6 hours per day.
• Pre-operative evaluation, intra-operative anesthesia, post-op pain care.

• ₹1,000 per hour.
• ₹1,500 per after-hours call for emergency OT cases.

Selection Method: Applications are invited on the RINL website. A committee appointed by the HOD-Medical shortlists candidates based on qualifications, field experience, and patient-centric approach. Short-listed applicants attend an in-person interaction, after which the committee ranks them and recommends engagement. Committee decisions are final.
