Salary & Benefits:The initial basic pay for SBI Probationary Officers is ₹48,480 (including 4 advance increments) under the pay scale: 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920. This role falls under the Junior Management Grade Scale-I.Along with basic pay, selected candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Provident Fund, New Pension Scheme (NPS), Leave Fare Concession (LFC), medical facilities, and lease rental options as per bank rules. The total estimated cost to company (CTC) for a Mumbai posting is approximately ₹20.43 lakhs per annum, making this role financially attractive for aspiring candidates. |
