Educational Qualification:

Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or possess an equivalent qualification acknowledged by the Central Government. Those in their final year or semester can apply provisionally but must produce proof of graduation by 30-09-2025 if shortlisted for the interview.

Applicants with an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) should ensure the final passing date is also on or before 30-09-2025. Additionally, individuals with professional degrees such as MBBS, B.Tech, CA, Cost Accountancy, and similar qualifications are considered eligible, which reflects the broad eligibility framework set by SBI.

Salary & Benefits:

The initial basic pay for SBI Probationary Officers is ₹48,480 (including 4 advance increments) under the pay scale: 48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920. This role falls under the Junior Management Grade Scale-I.

Along with basic pay, selected candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Provident Fund, New Pension Scheme (NPS), Leave Fare Concession (LFC), medical facilities, and lease rental options as per bank rules. The total estimated cost to company (CTC) for a Mumbai posting is approximately ₹20.43 lakhs per annum, making this role financially attractive for aspiring candidates.
