UPSC CBI Assistant Programmer 2025 – Educational Qualifications

Option A: Master’s Degree in Computer Application (MCA), Computer Science, or M.Tech (Computer Application/Computer Science)
Option B: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Technology
Option C: Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Computer Application (BCA), Computer Science, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Plus at least 2 years’ programming/data-processing experience in a recognised organisation (government, PSU, or research institute)
Option D: ‘A’ Level Diploma (Department of Electronics accredited) or Post‑Graduate Diploma in Computer Application
