Fresh engineering graduates are eligible under trainee framework. 11 Posts. Stipend ₹40,000 per month in first year and ₹45,000 in second year during training period.
Management Trainee (Finance and Human Resource) Graduate with CA/ICWA qualification or MBA/PGDM in Finance or HR with required minimum marks from recognized institution. 3 Posts. Stipend structure similar to Graduate Engineer Trainees during training period.
Personnel Officer Graduate with MBA/PGDM in Human Resource, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or related specialization. 1 Post. Pay scale under E1 grade approximately ₹40,000–1,40,000.
Clerk ‘C’ Graduate in any stream with basic computer knowledge for administrative and clerical responsibilities. 2 Posts. Pay scale approximately ₹20,000–65,000 under non-executive grade.
Operator ‘A’ Minimum 10th pass with Science and Mathematics background suitable for technical support duties. 2 Posts. Pay scale approximately ₹17,500–50,000 under non-executive grade.
Deputy Engineer (Contract Basis) B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Materials Science, Ceramic, or Electronics Engineering with required academic performance. 2 Contract Posts. Consolidated salary around ₹75,000 per month.
