Junior Assistant Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi. Working knowledge of computer operations including office software applications. 2 Posts. Pay Level 2 under Seventh CPC.
Library Attendant Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Certificate course in Library Science from a recognized institution along with basic knowledge of computer applications. 2 Posts. Pay Level 1 under Seventh CPC.
Age Limit Maximum age: 40 years for Administrative Officer, 35 years for Senior Personal Assistant, and 32 years for Junior Assistant and Library Attendant. Age relaxation applies for SC, ST, OBC, and PwD categories as per Government rules. Age is determined on the closing date of application submission. Valid documentary proof is required during verification.
Selection Process Written test consisting of objective or descriptive questions depending on post. Skill test for stenography or typing where applicable. Interview or personality assessment for Administrative Officer position. Final selection is based on performance in all prescribed stages and verification of eligibility documents.
